Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 - Parties

1.2. Buyer

This agreement has been established between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms specified below.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the Buyer through the www.pommedepinetchat.com website, belonging to the Seller.

Article 3 - Product Information and Payment

3.1. Product or Service Information

Article 4 - Product Delivery

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement electronically by confirming it on the www.pommedepinetchat.com website. Upon approval of the agreement, the Seller is obliged to fulfill the order.
